Gayle was introduced to the 3 Principles understanding in 2012, at Salt Spring Island while one of their daughters was enrolled in Youth Justice Initiative. Having previously participated in various interventions with struggling teens, her introduction to the 3 Principles totally revolutionized her approach to who we all are as individuals. We ARE the Principles of Mind, Thought, and Consciousness. This understanding impacts how we live our personal lives as well as how we relate with others. To support her understanding and practice of the Principles, she has attended various trainings which include George and Linda Pransky,  Barbara Patterson,  Bill and Linda Pettit, and Amy Johnson.  She recently became a Certified Rewilder Guide through a training with Angus and Rohini Ross. Her passion is to support individuals to experience their optimal well-being. “Look deep inside your soul; this is where you will find the answer.” The Missing Link, Sydney Banks. As a Christian, Gayle integrates her Bible-based beliefs and values in application of this understanding. “Be still and know that I am God,” Psalm 46:10.
Gayle has been married for 44 years to her husband, Larry.  They have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Personal experiences have included two daughters with eating disorders and one daughter who was adopted from China and has struggled with extensive abandonment and attachment issues. She describes her life as a “pilgrimage” as it has been, and remains, a journey to a deeper understanding of herself and God.
